You'll feel the core work for days, with the added bonus of hitting the shoulders and legs. Joe Pilates trained boxers (he had a glass eye from a boxing match himself) and Michael teaches several exercises that were used to keep boxers necks strong using a simple foot strap and leg springs. The workout finishes with some well-deserved hip stretches over a Small Barrel for his student, Pilatesology's Jack Coble. Apparatus: Cadillac or Tower/Wall Unit; Small Barrel; Ankle/Leg Weights, Neck Stretcher or Neck Tensometer Michael substitutes a Foot Strap from the end of the Cadillac.
